Composition for me is rarely without some performer or audience in mind.  I believe that’s why they are so varied in nature and less formulaic.  Drawing from my own musical culture and experiences and being inspired by my current environment I strive to create music that that is fluid, unpredictable, and musically satisfying for the conductor, performer, and audience alike.

My choral music has been performed by many of my own choirs and have been purchased by other choral conductors and music educators.  I will never publish music that I have not rehearsed and performed myself so you can rest assure that you are purchasing music that is concert ready. These works cover many genres including spirituals, folk songs, patriotic, gospel and both religious and secular concert festival.

I also regularly record production oriented music such as smooth jazz, ambient/soundscape, gospel, and contemporary worship.
